Getting help
How do I contact TokenOS support?
Submit a request at the support desk, https://support.tokenos.ai/hc/en-us. Click Submit a request and include your public wallet address, the transaction signature if relevant, and screenshots. Every request receives a ticket number and a documented record, so nothing is lost.
Why does all support go through the support desk?
To meet TokenOS's corporate compliance and reporting requirements, all TokenOS support requests go through the official support desk. That includes tech support, noderunner support, account questions and anything else that needs follow-up.
Can I get help in the Telegram group or by direct message?
No. Individual cases cannot be handled in the Telegram group or in direct messages, so anything raised there that needs further assistance is directed to the support desk. In the TokenOS Telegram group (https://t.me/tokenos_ai), type /support at any time and the group replies with the support desk link.
What are the support hours?
Support hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST (Regina time, UTC-6), seven days a week. Requests submitted outside those hours are received and answered in the next support window.
Can I write to support in my own language?
Yes. You can write to us in your own language, but our support team answers in English.
What should I include in my request?
Include your public wallet address, the transaction signature if relevant, and screenshots. For a question about your own payout, include your wallet address and deployment details. Never include your seed phrase, private key, password or identity documents.
Does TokenOS have a Discord server?
No. TokenOS has no Discord server. For help, submit a request at the support desk, https://support.tokenos.ai/hc/en-us.
Where are official announcements posted?
Official company announcements are posted in the TokenOS Telegram group, https://t.me/tokenos_ai, which remains open for community discussion. It is the only official TokenOS Telegram group and is the link published on the TokenOS websites. The official website is tokenos.ai.
Can support give investment, legal or tax advice?
No. TokenOS support does not give investment, legal or tax advice or price predictions, and does not recommend buying $TOS or any node tier. Under Sections 5.2(f) and 14.3 of the Terms, nothing on the Platform is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and TokenOS is not your broker, adviser or fiduciary. Consult your own professional advisers; for your own tax situation, speak to a local CPA.
Why can't support give a timeline for some processes?
Some processes depend on third-party services such as banks, payment providers and infrastructure partners. Their timelines are outside TokenOS's control, so TokenOS cannot provide estimates for them and shares verified updates as they become available.
Where do I send questions about the Terms, compliance or copyright?
Under Section 16.6 of the Terms, questions about the Terms, compliance inquiries, sanctions or export-control matters, copyright notices and arbitration opt-outs go to info@tokenos.ai. For everything else, use the support desk.
Security and scams
Will TokenOS ever message me first?
No. TokenOS staff will never message you first on Telegram or any other chat app. If TokenOS needs to contact you, for example about verification, it does so only by email or through a ticket on the support desk at support.tokenos.ai.
Someone messaged me claiming to be TokenOS. What should I do?
Any Telegram group, account or direct message claiming to be TokenOS, other than the official group at https://t.me/tokenos_ai, is an impersonator. TokenOS staff never message anyone first on Telegram or any other chat app. Block the account and report it in a ticket.
What will TokenOS never ask me for?
TokenOS staff will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, password or identity documents by chat, email, ticket, telephone or Telegram. They will never send a verification link by Telegram, never ask you to change your payout wallet, and never message you about your payout or offer you an individual wire or a deal. Section 5.3(a) of the Terms says the same: every document request is made only through the verification provider's secure link. Anyone who asks otherwise is not TokenOS. Block them and report it in a ticket.
Someone offered me an early payout, a bank wire or a deal. Is that real?
No. TokenOS will not send individual bank wires, make individual payment arrangements or offer anyone a deal. Anyone who claims to offer you a wire, an early payout or a deal is trying to scam you. Report it in a ticket.
I received an email asking me to redo part of my verification. Is it genuine?
TokenOS contacts you about verification only by email or through a ticket on the support desk. If an email asks you to redo part of verification, use the link in that email, or, if you are not sure the email is genuine, go to compute.tokenos.ai directly instead of clicking it. Use your normal internet connection with no VPN or proxy, and a clear, well-lit photo of a valid ID. If the link has expired or does not work, submit a ticket.
What is the official $TOS token?
The only official $TOS token mint on Solana is HmjCoarLh5duURfJ333DwfFiPyTCgFT35pRSAoP8pump. Any other token claiming to be $TOS is fake and should be reported in a ticket.
How do I report a scam or an impersonator?
Submit a request at https://support.tokenos.ai/hc/en-us and include screenshots. Scam reports go to the support desk, not the Telegram group. Never attach identity documents to a ticket.
I think my wallet or account has been compromised. What do I do?
Submit a ticket straight away with your wallet address. Under Section 5.6(c) of the Terms, signs of account compromise, such as a credential reset, a new device combined with a wallet change, or attempted social engineering of TokenOS staff, can trigger re-verification, and payouts may be held until it is complete. Under Section 14.2, private keys that are lost or compromised cannot be recovered by TokenOS.
Node payouts
What is the current status of node payouts?
The current status, with the date it was last updated, is posted in Node payout status. Official updates are also posted in the TokenOS Telegram group at https://t.me/tokenos_ai.
When will I be paid?
There is no confirmed payout date. The steps involved are run by third parties, such as banks and OTC desks, and TokenOS cannot control their timelines, so TokenOS does not give or guess a payout date. For the latest status, see Node payout status.
Does the delay change the amount I am owed?
No. The delay affects when payouts are sent. It does not change the amount owed for a completed node term under your node agreement.
Are service fees still credited after my node term ends?
No. Nodes run for a fixed 30-day term, and no service fees are credited after the term ends. Waiting for a payout does not change the amount owed for the completed term.
What currency are payouts sent in?
Payouts are sent on-chain in USDC to your payout wallet after the node term completes. Timing depends on settlement and is not guaranteed.
Can TokenOS pay me separately, by bank wire or another route?
No. TokenOS will not send individual bank wires, make individual payment arrangements or offer anyone a deal, because any other route risks further delay. TokenOS will not message you about your payout.
My completed node term is not showing, or I think my amount is wrong. What do I do?
Submit a ticket with your wallet address and deployment details so the team can check it directly. The same applies to any question about your own amount owed, payout wallet or tax form.
Do I need to verify my identity to be paid?
It depends on when your node was deployed. Operators whose nodes were deployed before identity verification was introduced do not need to verify their identity to be paid for those nodes. Nodes deployed after it was introduced require verification before any payout on that node is released. Your compute.tokenos.ai dashboard shows whether you need to verify. Every operator must submit a tax form either way; see Do I need to submit a tax form?
Will my payout be held if I have not submitted a tax form?
No. Payouts are not held because a form is missing. Your payouts are still sent, but IRS rules require TokenOS to deduct backup withholding tax from them, at the IRS rate of 24% for 2026, and pay it to the IRS. Submit your form in your compute.tokenos.ai dashboard to avoid that withholding tax.
What is a compliance hold, and how is it different from the payout delay?
For nodes that require verification, Section 5.6 of the Terms releases a payout only when, at the time of release, the operator is active, verification is current, sanctions screening is clear, the payout wallet is verified, the node is approved and payouts are enabled. If any of these fails, the payout is held and a person reviews it. Section 8.4 also allows a hold where required verification or attestations are incomplete, a sanctions or export-control review is pending, the law or legal process requires it, or fraud, circumvention or a breach of the Terms is reasonably suspected. Every hold is recorded with its reason; nothing is held silently.
A hold is not a forfeiture: held amounts are released when the condition is resolved, except where the law requires property to be blocked. TokenOS aims to decide standard cases within two business days and enhanced-review cases within five. A compliance hold applies to one account and is separate from the general payout timing described in Node payout status.
Payout wallet
Which wallet are my payouts sent to?
Your payout wallet. Under Section 5.5 of the Terms, each operator has one active payout wallet, and Solana is the primary supported chain. The wallet that paid for the node can be adopted as the payout wallet once it is screened, without a further signature.
How do I change my payout wallet?
In your compute.tokenos.ai dashboard. Any wallet other than the one that paid for the node must sign a one-time message in the dashboard to prove control; an address cannot simply be typed in. Under Section 5.5 of the Terms, the message names your operator identifier, the chain, the address and the purpose, and contains a single-use code that expires ten minutes after it is issued. A change also needs a signed-in session with an extra authentication step and screening of the new address.
After a wallet change there is a 48-hour hold before the first payout to the new address, with a notice to your verified email. A person must approve the change if your lifetime payouts exceed US$25,000 or the change follows a sign-in from a new device or country. Under Section 5.6(c), a payout wallet change also means you re-verify.
Can support change my payout wallet for me?
No. Nobody at TokenOS can change a payout wallet on request by ticket, email, telephone or messaging app, and TokenOS staff will never ask you to change your payout wallet. Anyone who does is a scammer.
Why was my payout wallet not accepted?
Under Section 5.5(b) of the Terms, every payout wallet is screened before it is activated and on a recurring schedule. A wallet that is directly listed on a sanctions or watchlist source cannot be activated, and a wallet with exposure to a listed address, a mixing service or a sanctioned service is sent to manual review. If your wallet is not accepted, submit a ticket with the address.
I lost access to my wallet. What do I do?
Submit a ticket with your wallet address and deployment details so the team can check it directly. Never share your seed phrase, recovery phrase or private key with anyone, including support. Under Section 14.2 of the Terms, lost or compromised private keys cannot be recovered by TokenOS.
I changed wallets, or I hold nodes in more than one wallet. Do I verify and submit a tax form for each?
Yes. Each wallet that holds nodes is verified separately, so complete identity verification once for each wallet, using the same ID. Complete the tax form for each wallet as well. Connect each wallet at compute.tokenos.ai and complete both steps in that wallet's dashboard.
Compute nodes
What is a TokenOS compute node?
A TokenOS compute node is GPU capacity you deploy on the TokenOS DeAI compute network for a fixed 30-day node term. The network uses the TokenOS A²E engine to route AI inference and other compute workloads to nodes. Nodes run AI inference, not crypto mining. Under Section 4.1 of the Terms, nodes can be TokenOS-provisioned, or you can connect your own hardware under Section 4.2.
How do I deploy a node?
- Go to compute.tokenos.ai.
- Connect a Solana wallet such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack.
- Choose a hardware tier and the number of nodes, and pay from your wallet. Checkout shows the accepted tokens and the total.
- If your node requires identity verification, complete it in your dashboard. Under Section 5.7 of the Terms, the node term does not start until verification is complete, and your payment is held unapplied until then.
Which hardware tiers are there, and what do they cost?
Tiers include the NVIDIA H100, H200, B200 and B300, and the GB300X full-rack NVL72. Prices are listed on compute.tokenos.ai and can change. Checkout shows the price and any one-time setup fee before you pay. Hardware details are in Compute nodes: deployment, fees and service fees.
Which tier should I choose?
Tiers differ in GPU architecture and memory, which determine the size of the models and workloads a node can serve. Compare the hardware details on compute.tokenos.ai. TokenOS support does not recommend a tier based on expected service fees and does not forecast what any node will be paid.
When does my 30-day node term start?
Each node runs its own 30-day term, which starts when the node is provisioned and attested, not at payment. Nodes are usually provisioned within 24 hours; full-rack deployments take longer. If your node requires verification, the term does not start until verification is complete.
Can I run several nodes from one wallet?
Yes. You can run several nodes, including different tiers, from one wallet. Each node runs its own 30-day term.
What does the provisioning fee pay for?
Under Section 4.6(b) of the Terms, the provisioning fee (shown on the site as Deployment Cost) buys computing time, hosting and provisioning services for the fixed node term and nothing more. You do not acquire title to or any ownership interest in hardware, software, a token or any other asset, any equity or other interest in TokenOS, or any right to take part in managing TokenOS. The provisioning fee is not held as a deposit.
Can I cancel my node or get a refund?
Refunds are available only in the cases set out in the Terms, for example Section 5.7 for orders cancelled because verification was not completed. Refunds are made only to the wallet the payment came from. For a question about your own order, submit a ticket.
Can I transfer or sell my node?
No. Under Section 4.6(b) of the Terms, a node term is personal to you, cannot be transferred, has no resale value and cannot be traded on any secondary market.
How are node operators paid?
Node operators are paid service fees for the compute their node delivers. Under Section 4.3 of the Terms, the net service fees generated by a node are allocated 50 percent to the node operator, 25 percent to the $TOS staking distribution pool and 25 percent to the TokenOS treasury. Section 4.3 defines net service fees. Payouts are sent on-chain in USDC to your payout wallet after the node term completes.
How much will my node be paid? Is any amount guaranteed?
Service fees depend on demand from compute buyers, market prices for compute, the node's uptime and performance, and the operator's continued compliance with the Terms. They vary, and a node may generate little or no service fees. Under Section 4.6 of the Terms, TokenOS does not guarantee any minimum service fees, utilization or recovery of the provisioning fee. Under Section 8.1, rates, fee totals and other figures shown on TokenOS sites are live rates, cumulative historical data or algorithmic estimates, not forecasts or guarantees, and past performance does not indicate future results.
Are node service fees profit or a return on an investment?
No. Under Section 4.6 of the Terms, a node operator supplies computing services to the network and is paid service fees for the compute delivered. They are not profit, dividends, interest or a return on an investment, and node service fees are business income to the operator. TokenOS does not pool operators' funds or invest them. For anything beyond this, read Section 4.6 in full; support cannot advise on legal or regulatory questions.
Am I an employee or partner of TokenOS when I run a node?
No. Under Section 4.4 of the Terms, each node operator is an independent business. Running a node does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary or agency relationship with TokenOS. Operators are responsible for their own power, connectivity, co-location, insurance, licences, permits, personnel and taxes.
What security do nodes use?
All nodes require Intel TDX confidential computing (Sapphire Rapids CPUs or later): hardware enclave isolation, encrypted traffic between CPU and GPU, remote attestation, and operator blindness, meaning the node operator cannot read enclave memory.
What must I do to keep my node in good standing?
Under Section 4.5 of the Terms, keep node firmware, drivers and operating systems patched and secure, never disable, bypass or tamper with Intel TDX attestation, telemetry agents or hardware checks, and fix any integrity failure TokenOS identifies. TokenOS may de-list, throttle or quarantine a node that fails attestation, shows unusual telemetry or does not meet published performance and security standards.
What about the GB300X full rack, or a large or enterprise deployment?
The GB300X full rack is a separate, experimental and higher-risk offering whose trays are placed individually on secondary compute marketplaces. Open a ticket before considering it, and for any large, custom or enterprise deployment. Enterprise customers sign an order form or master services agreement, which under Section 1.3 of the Terms is part of their agreement with TokenOS.
My node is offline or has a technical problem. What do I do?
Submit a request at the support desk with your public wallet address, your deployment details and screenshots. Tech support and noderunner support are handled there.
Bring your own GPU and hardware rules
Can I bring my own GPU?
Under Section 4.2 of the Terms, operators can connect their own hardware, including their own GPUs, Mac Minis and other capable computing devices, subject to TokenOS verification and compatibility checks and to the hardware rules in Section 5.9. Whether your hardware qualifies depends not only on what it can do but on where it is located, how it was acquired and who owns and controls it. Identity verification applies to operators who bring their own GPU in the same way as to TokenOS-provisioned nodes.
What do I confirm about my hardware?
Under Section 5.9(a) of the Terms, you confirm that your hardware was lawfully acquired from an authorized manufacturer, distributor or reseller and is not stolen, diverted or smuggled; was not exported, re-exported or transferred in breach of export-control laws; is not the subject of any inquiry you know of by the US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) or another authority; and does not use chips produced in breach of US export rules, including the Huawei Ascend 910B, 910C and 910D.
Where can my hardware be located?
Under Section 5.9(b) of the Terms, covered hardware, which includes the NVIDIA H100, H200, B200, B300, GB200 and GB300, must be physically located in a country or territory on the TokenOS Permitted Countries List at all times while it is connected to the network. It may never be in a restricted place, and it may not be located in, or operated for an entity headquartered in, a Country Group D:5 country or Macau, or any other destination that needs a license, unless TokenOS has accepted a valid BIS license in advance. You are responsible for obtaining any license you need. Self-reported location is not accepted; Section 5.9(c) describes how location is checked.
Can I move my hardware to another location?
Under Section 5.9(d) of the Terms, give TokenOS at least 30 days written notice before relocating it, never move it to a country or territory that is not on the Permitted Countries List, and complete any re-verification TokenOS requires before reconnecting it. TokenOS may update the Permitted Countries List and may suspend nodes in a country removed from it, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Can I use a VPN, proxy or relay with my node?
No. Under Section 5.9(e) of the Terms, operators may not use a VPN, proxy, tunnel, relay, satellite backhaul, location or latency spoofing, nested virtualization or any other technique to disguise the location, identity, ownership or configuration of their hardware, and may not tamper with any attestation, telemetry or verification check.
Can TokenOS audit my hardware?
Yes. Under Section 5.9(f) of the Terms, TokenOS may audit compliance remotely at any time and on site with ten business days notice, or immediately where it reasonably suspects a violation or a government authority requires it. Within five business days of a request, operators produce records such as purchase invoices, shipping, customs and import records, co-location agreements, serial-number inventories and licenses, and keep those records for at least five years.
What if my hardware is stolen, tampered with or moved without permission?
Under Section 5.9(g) of the Terms, tell TokenOS within 24 hours of becoming aware of any actual or suspected diversion, theft, tampering, unauthorized relocation or unlawful export. TokenOS may report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate with any inquiry. Submit a ticket to report it.
Identity verification
Do I need to verify my identity?
Your compute.tokenos.ai dashboard shows whether you need to verify. Nodes deployed before identity verification was introduced do not require identity verification for their payouts. Nodes deployed after it was introduced require it: under Section 5 of the Terms, the operator must be identified, screened and approved before the node term starts or external hardware is registered, and before any payout on that node is released. A node deployed after verification was introduced requires verification even if the same operator's earlier nodes did not.
My nodes were deployed before verification was introduced. Do I need to do anything?
You do not need to verify your identity to be paid for those nodes. That exemption covers identity verification only: you must still submit a tax form in your compute.tokenos.ai dashboard, or IRS backup withholding tax is deducted from your payouts.
The dashboard asks me to verify, but I believe I already have. What do I do?
Open a ticket. Your compute.tokenos.ai dashboard shows whether you need to verify, and the team will check your case directly.
I cannot find the verification option in my dashboard.
If your node requires verification and you cannot find the option in your dashboard, open a ticket.
How and where do I verify?
Verification happens only inside your own compute.tokenos.ai dashboard, which opens a secure window run by our verification provider, Didit. There is no other way to verify. Under Section 5.3(a) of the Terms, Didit presents its own terms and privacy notice in that window, and you accept them to continue. Never send identity documents by email, Telegram, chat or ticket; TokenOS does not accept them that way.
What do I need to verify as an individual?
An unexpired government passport, national identity card or driver's licence and a live selfie. Under Section 5.3(b) of the Terms, the document must pass the provider's authenticity checks, and the selfie is matched to the document photo with a liveness check, so a recorded video or a photo of a photo fails. Photocopies, paper copies, screenshots, handwritten documents and expired documents are not accepted. Your name, date of birth and country are screened against sanctions and other watchlists, and your declared residence is compared with your document country and network location.
Proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a bank statement, utility bill, government letter or tax document in your name, is requested only in some cases, for example on a residence mismatch or for enhanced review.
How many attempts do I get?
Under Section 5.3(b) of the Terms, there are three automated attempts per check, after which a person reviews the application. Five failed attempts within 30 days suspend the application pending review.
Is a Telegram username required?
No. You can give your Telegram username, but it is optional. If you do not want to give one, leave the field blank. If the form will not accept a blank field, submit a ticket.
Who can verify, and does it cost anything?
Verification is free. You must be 18 or older, must verify your own identity, and may hold only one operator identity. Verification on behalf of another person is not accepted.
How does a company verify?
Under Section 5.3(c) of the Terms, companies complete business verification (KYB): the legal name, registration number, jurisdiction, active status and registered address are checked against the official registry, or against registry documents dated within the last three months where registry data is not available. The authorized representative completes full individual verification and shows authority to act, for example a registry officer listing, board resolution or power of attorney. The full ownership and control structure is disclosed up to the individuals at the top, and every person who owns 25 percent or more is verified, or the senior managing official where no one reaches that level. The company itself is screened. A person reviews every company application; companies are never approved automatically.
How long does a review take?
Under Section 5.4(c) of the Terms, TokenOS aims to decide standard cases within two business days and enhanced-review cases within five business days of receiving complete information. Restricted cases are decided as legal counsel requires.
What are the verification tiers?
Under Section 5.4 of the Terms, every applicant, owner, wallet and node is assigned a tier based on country of residence or incorporation, hardware location and screening results. Tier A is prohibited: the application is rejected and no payout is made. Tier B is restricted: it is held in manual review and released only on a written decision of TokenOS's legal counsel. Tier C is enhanced review: proof of address, a full ownership map, extra screening and manual approval are required before payouts are enabled. Tier D is standard. An operator's tier is the more restrictive of their personal tier and their hardware tier.
My verification was rejected. Can I try again?
Under Section 5.4(c) of the Terms, you are told your status and what, if anything, you need to do, but not which list produced a match, the match score or TokenOS's internal reasoning. After a rejection for document quality or a data mismatch, you may resubmit once with corrected evidence, reviewed where possible by a different reviewer. A rejection after a confirmed sanctions match is final and cannot be appealed within TokenOS. For help with your own case, submit a ticket.
What happens if I give false information or do not complete verification?
Under Section 5.3(e) of the Terms, TokenOS may decline onboarding, suspend or end access, delist nodes and withhold payouts. Confirmed identity fraud, such as using another person's document, a synthetic identity or the same face across accounts, results in rejection and the wallet and device being added to an internal deny list. Under Section 5.2(e), a false attestation is a material breach that may lead to suspension, termination, forfeiture of accrued payouts and referral to the authorities.
What is the accredited investor or independent contractor confirmation?
Under Section 5.2 of the Terms, each operator confirms during onboarding whether they are an accredited investor under US Regulation D or participate solely as an independent business or contractor supplying computing services, tells TokenOS if that changes, and re-confirms at least yearly. Operators also confirm that no disqualifying event under Rule 506(d) applies to them. Which basis applies is a question for your own adviser; TokenOS support cannot advise on it. Section 5.2 sets out the full text.
My hardware wallet shows "Could not verify you control this wallet". What do I do?
If you use a Ledger or another hardware wallet and see this message when starting verification or submitting a tax form, submit a ticket with your wallet address and the wallet app you use, for example Phantom with Ledger. Never share your seed phrase, recovery phrase or private key.
I paid for a node before completing verification. What happens?
Under Section 5.7 of the Terms, no node term starts and your funds are held unapplied until you are verified. If you do not start or complete verification, TokenOS reminds you and, 30 days after payment, cancels the order and returns the funds, net of network fees, to the originating wallet after that wallet is screened. If an application is rejected for an identity failure without a sanctions match, the funds are returned to the originating wallet once TokenOS confirms there is no match. Refunds never go to any other address.
Do I have to re-verify?
There is no yearly identity re-verification. Under Section 5.6(c) of the Terms, you re-verify when your ID expires, when your country of residence, place of incorporation or hardware location changes, when a company's ownership or control changes by 25 percent or more or its representative changes, when your payout wallet changes, after signs of account compromise or a new screening match, or after 24 months of inactivity. You must tell TokenOS about such changes within five business days. Sanctions screening repeats in the background, at least every 30 days and whenever a list is updated, and needs nothing from you.
Can I use a VPN?
No. Using a VPN, proxy or other means to disguise your location is prohibited under the Terms. Complete verification on your normal internet connection.
Sanctions and restricted countries
Which countries are restricted?
Under Sections 2 and 6 of the Terms, which apply to all users including stakers and compute buyers, TokenOS does not provide services to anyone located in, resident in or organized in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or any other place that becomes the target of comprehensive sanctions or that TokenOS designates as prohibited. Most other countries are supported, and some need extra review.
Who cannot use TokenOS?
Under Section 2 of the Terms, a Prohibited Person cannot use the Platform. That includes anyone on a government sanctions list, any company owned 50 percent or more by listed persons, anyone located in, resident in or organized in a restricted place or acting for its government, and anyone acting for any of them. It also includes entities headquartered, or whose ultimate parent is headquartered, in a Country Group D:5 country or Macau, where a US export license would be required for the activity.
Which sanctions lists are checked?
Under Sections 2 and 6.1 of the Terms, screening covers US lists, including OFAC's SDN and Consolidated Sanctions lists and the BIS Entity, Denied Persons, Unverified and Military End-User lists, the Canadian consolidated sanctions list and, where applicable, UN, EU and UK lists. Screening happens at onboarding and continuously after that. Under Section 5.4(b), a confirmed match to OFAC's SDN or Consolidated Sanctions List, any BIS list or the Canadian consolidated list, or a finding under the 50 percent ownership rule, results in rejection or blocking; matches to UN, EU or UK lists, politically exposed person or adverse media sources, and fraud signals go to manual review and are never on their own an automatic rejection. A match is never cleared on a name alone.
How does ownership affect sanctions screening for companies?
Under Section 6.2 of the Terms, a company owned 50 percent or more, directly or indirectly, by one or more blocked persons is treated as blocked, whether or not it appears on a list. Companies disclose their full ownership structure at onboarding and tell TokenOS within five business days of an ownership change of 10 percent or more, or of any change in an interest held by a blocked person.
What happens if there is a sanctions match?
Under Sections 5.7 and 6.4 of the Terms, where a sanctions match is confirmed, funds, including funds paid for node terms, accrued payouts and staked assets within TokenOS's control, may be blocked as the law requires and are not returned. TokenOS may also refuse or end access, reject transactions and file reports with the authorities.
What other compliance rules apply to all users?
Under Section 6 of the Terms, users must comply with US export-control laws, including not providing access to the Platform, model weights or compute output to a restricted place or Prohibited Person and not using compute for prohibited end uses such as weapons development (Section 6.5). Users must not use funds that are the proceeds of crime or structure transactions to avoid reporting, and TokenOS may ask about source of funds where a profile warrants it (Section 6.8). Users must comply with anti-bribery laws (Section 6.9) and cooperate with compliance inquiries (Section 6.10).
Tax forms and withholding
Do I need to submit a tax form?
Yes. Every node operator must submit a tax form, including operators whose nodes were deployed before identity verification was introduced and operators with payouts still owed on earlier node terms. The identity verification exemption for earlier deployments does not cover tax forms.
Where do I submit my tax form?
In your compute.tokenos.ai dashboard. If you run into any issues, submit a ticket at support.tokenos.ai. If you hold nodes in more than one wallet, see I changed wallets, or I hold nodes in more than one wallet.
Which form do I need?
Under Section 5.3(f) of the Terms:
- US persons submit Form W-9. IRS page: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-9
- Individuals who are not US persons submit Form W-8BEN. IRS page: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-8-ben
- Companies and other entities that are not US persons submit Form W-8BEN-E. IRS page: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-8-ben-e
If you are not sure which form applies to you, ask a local CPA.
What happens if I do not submit a tax form?
Your payouts are still sent, but IRS rules require TokenOS to deduct backup withholding tax from them, at the IRS rate of 24% for 2026, and pay it to the IRS. Payouts are not held because a form is missing; the tax is deducted from them. The IRS explains backup withholding at https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/backup-withholding
What happens once my form is submitted?
TokenOS does not withhold tax from your payouts, and you are responsible for paying your own taxes.
Is the 24% a TokenOS fee?
No. It is IRS backup withholding tax, which TokenOS deducts and pays to the IRS when no tax form has been submitted. Submit your form in your compute.tokenos.ai dashboard to avoid it.
Is there an exception for my country?
No. This applies wherever you live, and TokenOS cannot change it or make an exception.
Tax was already withheld from my payout. What can I do?
Submit a ticket so the team can check your payout directly. For questions about your own tax situation, speak to a local CPA.
Will I receive a 1099 or other year-end tax document?
Form 1099s are sent to your compute.tokenos.ai dashboard at year end. If you do not receive a 1099, the tax form that applies to you is posted to your dashboard instead.
Who can see my tax form?
Under Section 5.3(f) of the Terms and Section 2.10 of the Privacy Policy, tax forms and taxpayer identification numbers are stored separately from verification records, and access is restricted to TokenOS's finance and legal teams. They are kept for the periods the IRS requires.
How do I report node service fees or staking distributions in my country?
TokenOS does not provide tax advice or guidance, and support cannot answer questions about the tax reporting requirements of your country. If you have questions about your own tax situation, speak to a local CPA. Under Sections 4.6 and 8.5 of the Terms, you are responsible for your own taxes, including on node service fees, staking distributions and agent payments, and node service fees are business income to the operator.
$TOS token and staking
What is $TOS?
$TOS is the TokenOS token on the Solana blockchain. The only official $TOS mint is HmjCoarLh5duURfJ333DwfFiPyTCgFT35pRSAoP8pump; any other token claiming to be $TOS is fake and should be reported in a ticket.
What is $TOS used for?
Under Section 8.6(a) of the Terms, $TOS is intended as a utility and governance token. It is accepted as payment for the platform credits that meter builds, iterations and deployments in the Development Workspace and runs in the Agent Builder, it is used for governance votes, and when staked it takes part in the protocol fee allocation. You do not need to hold $TOS to use the Platform; credits can also be bought in SOL.
Does TokenOS sell $TOS as an investment? Will TokenOS buy back or burn $TOS?
Under Section 8.6(b) of the Terms, TokenOS does not offer or sell $TOS as an investment and does not promise any effort to increase its value or the amount of any staking distribution. Any repurchase or burn of $TOS that TokenOS may carry out is treasury management, is not a promise of a return and may stop at any time. Support cannot give price predictions or investment advice, and cannot advise on how $TOS is treated under any law; Section 8.6 sets out the full text.
How do I stake $TOS?
Staking is done at stake.tokenos.ai with a connected Solana wallet.
What do stakers receive?
Stake $TOS to participate in protocol fee distributions. Distributions are paid in SOL and USDC from protocol fees, including the share of node net service fees allocated to the $TOS staking distribution pool under Section 4.3 of the Terms. The staking page describes the fee sources for each asset, and Section 8.2 of the Terms sets out how deposits to the pool are made. Under Sections 8.2 and 14.4, distributions are payments for taking part in governance and network operation, not dividends, interest, profit sharing or a return on an investment.
Is there a fixed rate for staking?
No. There is no fixed or promised rate. Amounts depend on eligible fee deposits into the pool and on the volume of compute actually sold, vary and may be zero, and past distributions do not indicate future ones.
What are the warm-up and cooldown periods?
Section 8.2 of the Terms sets a mandatory 30-day warm-up period and a 30-day cooldown period for staking $TOS. Unstaking before these periods complete forfeits all associated distributions. Distributions accrue to eligible stakes and can be claimed once they are available to claim; the staking page at stake.tokenos.ai shows when a distribution becomes claimable.
Who can stake?
Staking is not available to anyone on a government sanctions list or located in, resident in or organized in a restricted place. The restricted places are listed under Which countries are restricted?
Should I buy or stake $TOS?
Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, hold or stake $TOS. TokenOS support cannot give price predictions or investment advice.
Renting GPU compute and compute buyers
What is market.tokenos.ai?
market.tokenos.ai is for renting GPU compute by the minute to run your own workloads, such as model training, fine-tuning and inference. It is separate from deploying a node on compute.tokenos.ai. To run models or training jobs, use market.tokenos.ai. To provide compute to the network as a node operator, use compute.tokenos.ai.
How does renting work?
Pick a GPU tier and a duration, and pay with USDC on Solana, a card or a pre-loaded balance. An auto-allocator assigns an idle node that matches your tier and region, and you receive SSH access, usually in under 60 seconds. Every rental gets a fresh SSH credential that expires when the rental ends.
What pricing options are there?
- On-demand: billed per minute. Stop at any time and unused minutes are refunded.
- Spot: billed per minute and priced below on-demand, but can be preempted with a 90-second warning and a partial refund. Suited to batch jobs and training.
- Reserved: a 7, 30 or 90 day commitment, billed in full up front and never preempted. Suited to production.
Spot and reserved prices are shown at checkout, and the marketplace shows live per-operator pricing.
Which GPUs, regions and tools are available?
GPU classes include RTX 3090, RTX 4090, L40S, H100, H200, B200, B300 and GB300. Active regions are US West, US East, Europe (Frankfurt, Amsterdam) and Asia Pacific (Singapore, Tokyo). CUDA, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, vLLM, Ollama and Docker on Ubuntu are supported. A REST API with an OpenAPI specification is available for developers. Payments settle on Solana.
How is operator reputation scored?
Each operator has a public reputation score made up of 60 percent uptime, 25 percent buyer ratings and 15 percent completed jobs. The formula is public, and rank cannot be bought.
Do compute buyers need to verify?
Under Section 7.1 of the Terms, compute buyers are screened against sanctions lists and must not access the Platform from a restricted place. Buyers who exceed usage, spend or risk thresholds set by TokenOS may need to complete verification similar to node operator verification before access continues. Enterprise customers complete business verification under their order form or master services agreement. Under Section 6.6, TokenOS also runs a customer identification program for foreign persons who obtain compute capacity, and buyers must disclose in advance any workload that is or may be the training of a large AI model above the thresholds set by the US Department of Commerce.
What workloads are not allowed?
Under Section 7.2 of the Terms, you may not run any workload that creates or distributes child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery; develops or deploys malware, ransomware, botnets or hacking tools; targets chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons; attacks critical infrastructure; carries out unlawful surveillance or profiling; infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or trains on data you have no right to use; produces deceptive synthetic media for fraud, election interference or impersonation; processes export-controlled or classified data without authorization; or breaks the usage policies of a third-party model provider. TokenOS may suspend or end any such workload.
Are there rules on processing sensitive personal data?
Yes. Under Section 6.7 of the Terms, you may not use the Platform for any transaction prohibited or restricted by the US Department of Justice Data Security Program that would give a country of concern or a covered person access to bulk US sensitive personal data or government-related data. Section 7.3 makes you responsible for having a lawful basis and any consents for data you process through the network.
Can TokenOS or the node operator see my workload?
Under Section 6 of the Privacy Policy, the data, models and workloads processed inside nodes remain encrypted, and TokenOS does not access or collect the contents of compute workloads; attestation reports and telemetry describe the hardware and its location, not the workload. Workloads run inside Intel TDX confidential-computing enclaves where supported. Under Section 7.3 of the Terms, TokenOS does not guarantee the confidentiality, integrity or availability of any workload, data or output.
Where do I get help with my marketplace account or billing?
The marketplace has its own terms, linked from its sign-up page. For account or billing questions, submit a ticket.
Building, agents, x402 and token launches
What is TokenOS, and what services does it offer?
TokenOS (tokenos.ai) is an AI-powered platform for building and launching Web3 projects using natural language prompts. Its main public products are:
- Compute (compute.tokenos.ai): deploy a GPU node on the TokenOS DeAI compute network for a fixed 30-day node term.
- Market (market.tokenos.ai): rent GPU compute by the minute for your own workloads.
- Stake (stake.tokenos.ai): stake $TOS, the TokenOS token on Solana, to participate in protocol fee distributions.
Section 3 of the Terms also describes the Context & Intent Engine (CIE) for building dApps, smart contracts and AI agents with large language models, the x402 payment protocol, the Token Launch Platform, and VentureOS. TokenOS may add, change, suspend or discontinue any service or feature at any time.
Who owns what I build on TokenOS?
Under Section 9.2 of the Terms, you keep ownership of the prompts, code, data and configurations you submit and, as far as the law allows, of the applications, smart contracts and other output generated for you. You give TokenOS a license to host, store, process and display them only as needed to provide, secure and improve the services. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete or insecure and may resemble output generated for others, so review, test and audit it before deploying it.
Which AI models does TokenOS use?
Under Section 9.3 of the Terms, models on the Platform are provided by third parties, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, and you agree to follow their terms and usage policies.
What is x402?
Under Sections 3 and 8.3 of the Terms, x402 is a multi-chain agent-to-agent payment layer that settles USDC wallet to wallet, with finality of about 400 milliseconds. TokenOS never holds custody of user funds and is not a party to any payment between a payer and a payee. Accepted stablecoins are those TokenOS designates from time to time.
If I launch a token through TokenOS, who is responsible for it?
You are. Under Section 12.2 of the Terms, the person who launches a token through the Token Launch Platform, which uses external protocols such as Pump.fun on Solana and pons v2 on Robinhood Chain, is its issuer and is solely responsible for its design, distribution, marketing and legal compliance everywhere it is offered. TokenOS provides self-service software and charges flat service fees, and may receive a share of protocol trading fees on some launch protocols. TokenOS does not create, sponsor, endorse, list, market or make a market in any creator token.
What can't I say about a token I launch?
Under Section 12.2(b) of the Terms, you may not promise efforts to raise the token's price unless you have complied with the securities laws that apply; present a buyback, burn, creator tax or fee feature as creating income or a return for holders; say or imply that TokenOS reviewed, approved or endorsed the token; advertise or imply any expected price, return or profit; or make any false or misleading statement about the token. TokenOS may remove the token from Platform displays, suspend or end your account and cooperate with regulators if this is breached.
How do I report copyright infringement?
Under Section 9.4 of the Terms, send copyright notices to info@tokenos.ai. TokenOS responds under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, may remove or disable access to infringing material and ends the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
Account rules, suspension and risks
What is not allowed on TokenOS?
Under Section 12.1 of the Terms, users may not:
- bypass, disable or tamper with Intel TDX enclaves, attestation, telemetry or hardware checks;
- reverse-engineer the CIE, the x402 protocol or the A²E engine;
- use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions or export-control evasion, or to deploy malicious smart contracts;
- access the Platform from a restricted place, or use a VPN, proxy or other means to disguise location, identity or the origin of funds or hardware;
- give false or incomplete information in any verification or disclosure, use another person's identity, documents or wallet, or verify for someone else;
- try to receive payouts to a wallet you do not control, or ask TokenOS staff to change a payout destination outside the dashboard;
- connect hardware that was unlawfully exported or acquired, or relocate covered hardware in breach of the Terms;
- provide or resell compute to a Prohibited Person or for a prohibited end use;
- interfere with the Platform, other users' nodes or workloads, or any blockchain network;
- engage in market manipulation, wash trading, rug pulls or other deceptive practices with any token launched through the Platform; or
- use the Platform in breach of any law or anyone's rights.
Can TokenOS suspend my account or nodes?
Yes. Under Section 13.2 of the Terms, TokenOS may suspend, restrict or end access, delist nodes, cancel workloads and withhold or block payouts without prior notice if you breach or are reasonably suspected of breaching the Terms, if you are or become a Prohibited Person or fail screening or verification, if the law or a government order requires it, or if continued access presents a legal, regulatory, security or reputational risk. You may stop using the Platform at any time; obligations already accrued survive.
Does TokenOS monitor activity on the Platform?
Yes. Under Section 13.1 of the Terms, TokenOS monitors Platform activity, node telemetry, wallet interactions and compliance signals and may investigate suspected violations. Every verification, screening, tier, hold, wallet, node and payout decision is recorded with its time, actor, reason and the policy version applied.
What risks should I know about?
Under Section 14.2 of the Terms, digital assets are volatile and may lose all value; blockchain transactions cannot be reversed; smart contracts may have defects or be exploited; lost or compromised private keys cannot be recovered by TokenOS; compute demand, pricing and utilization change and may fall to zero; hardware may become obsolete or unusable because of changes in law or licensing; and the legal treatment of digital assets, AI compute and decentralized networks is uncertain and changing. Under Section 14.1, the Platform and all output are provided as is, without warranty.
Where are TokenOS's limits of liability set out?
Sections 10 and 11 of the Terms set out TokenOS's limitations of liability and what users agree to indemnify TokenOS for. Read them in full at tokenos.ai/terms. Support cannot advise on how they apply to you.
Terms of Service and disputes
Who is my agreement with?
Under Section 1.1 of the Terms, your agreement is with TokenOS AI, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States, together with its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates.
Where are the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?
The Terms of Service are at tokenos.ai/terms and the Privacy Policy is at tokenos.ai/privacy.
When do the Terms apply to me?
Under Section 1.1 of the Terms, by accessing or using the Platform, connecting a wallet, deploying an application or AI agent, or provisioning, connecting or operating a compute node, you agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Who is eligible to use TokenOS?
Under Section 1.2 of the Terms, you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Platform for a company or other entity, you must be authorized to bind it. You must not be a Prohibited Person or be located in, organized in or ordinarily resident in a restricted place.
Are there other agreements besides the Terms?
Yes. Under Section 1.3 of the Terms, some services have additional terms, including node lease and provisioning agreements, enterprise order forms and master services agreements, compute-buyer acceptable use terms, third-party model provider policies, the verification provider's terms and the Permitted Countries List. If they cannot be reconciled with the Terms, the additional terms prevail for the service they cover. Under Section 16.4, the Terms, the Privacy Policy and any additional terms are the entire agreement.
Can I transfer my account or agreement to someone else?
No. Under Section 16.2 of the Terms, you may not assign or transfer the Terms or your rights under them without TokenOS's prior written consent.
Can support answer legal or regulatory questions?
No. TokenOS support cannot advise on legal or regulatory questions. Please read the Terms of Service at tokenos.ai/terms.
How do I raise a dispute?
Under Section 15 of the Terms, Delaware law and US federal law apply. Before starting any proceeding, write to info@tokenos.ai describing the dispute and allow 30 days to resolve it in good faith. After that, disputes go to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator seated in Dover, Delaware or by video conference. Both sides waive a jury trial and class, collective or representative proceedings. Small-claims matters and certain claims for injunctive relief are excluded.
Can I opt out of arbitration?
Yes. Under Section 15.3 of the Terms, you can opt out of the arbitration agreement by emailing info@tokenos.ai within 30 days of first accepting the Terms.
Privacy and your data
Who is responsible for my personal information?
Under Section 1 of the Privacy Policy, TokenOS AI, LLC is the controller of the personal information it describes. The Platform is for people aged 18 or older, and TokenOS deletes any information it discovers was collected from someone under 18.
What information does TokenOS collect?
Under Section 2 of the Privacy Policy, depending on how you use TokenOS:
- public blockchain data when you connect, such as wallet addresses, $TOS balances, staking, node purchases, payouts, token launches and x402 transactions;
- prompts, code, project files and build logs when you build in the CIE, IDE or Agent Builder;
- node and hardware data, such as specifications, serial numbers, attestation reports, uptime, performance and network telemetry used to check where hardware is located;
- usage and device data, such as IP address, approximate location from IP, browser and device type, and interactions with dashboards;
- identity and business verification results, screening results, payout wallet proofs, any accredited investor evidence and tax forms for node operators;
- customer identification information for compute buyers where required; and
- your communications with us, including requests made through the Zendesk support desk.
What happens to my ID and selfie?
Our verification provider, Didit (Didit Identity, Inc. and its affiliate Didit Identity Spain, S.L.), collects the ID images, the selfie and the liveness capture in its own window, including biometric information from the geometry of the face, used only to match the selfie to the ID, detect spoofing and detect the same face across accounts. Didit asks for consent in its window, stores this data in the European Union and does not use it to train its models. For ID documents from some countries, Didit also asks for an email address. Didit deletes ID and biometric data two years after the verification session. Biometric information is never sold, leased or traded (Privacy Policy Section 5).
Under Section 2.5 of the Privacy Policy, TokenOS receives only the verification result, reference identifiers, your verified legal name, date of birth, country of residence, document type, issuing country and expiry date, a summary of screening results, risk categories and your assigned tier. TokenOS does not receive or store ID images, selfies, liveness recordings, biometric data, full document numbers or home addresses.
Can I withdraw my consent to biometric processing?
Yes. Under Section 4 of the Privacy Policy, you can withdraw the consent you give in the verification flow, but verification, and therefore node activation and payouts where verification is required, cannot be completed without it. Section 5 of the Privacy Policy is TokenOS's written retention and destruction policy for biometric information, and residents of places with biometric privacy laws, such as Illinois, Texas and Washington, have the rights those laws give them.
Does TokenOS sell or share my information?
TokenOS does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under Section 7 of the Privacy Policy, it shares information only with verification and screening providers such as Didit; with infrastructure providers, including hosting, email, analytics, the Zendesk support desk, security vendors and the AI model providers that process prompts; with regulators and authorities where required or permitted by law; in response to legal process; in a corporate transaction; or at your direction.
Does TokenOS use cookies and analytics?
Yes. Under Section 8 of the Privacy Policy, TokenOS uses cookies and similar technology to keep you signed in, remember your wallet session and preferences, secure the Platform and understand how it is used. It uses Google Analytics and PostHog for product analytics and Google AdSense for advertising on public pages. You can control cookies in your browser and opt out of Google's personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. Compliance checks such as IP location run regardless of cookie settings because sanctions law requires them.
Can TokenOS delete my on-chain transactions?
No. Under Section 9 of the Privacy Policy, transactions on public blockchains, such as staking, buying node terms, receiving payouts, launching tokens or x402 payments, are public and permanent, and TokenOS cannot erase or change them.
Where is my data stored?
Under Section 10 of the Privacy Policy, TokenOS stores and processes information in the United States. Didit processes and stores identity verification data in the European Union and sends the verification result to TokenOS in the United States under standard contractual clauses or another recognized transfer mechanism.
How long does TokenOS keep my data?
Under Section 11 of the Privacy Policy and Section 6.10 of the Terms, verification outcomes, screening results, tier decisions, holds, wallet proofs and payout records are kept for ten years after your relationship with TokenOS ends, because US sanctions rules require it. Export-control records are kept for at least five years, and tax forms for the periods the IRS requires. ID images, selfies and biometric data held by Didit are deleted on Didit's retention schedule, two years after the verification session, and are not covered by the ten-year rule. A litigation hold or regulatory inquiry pauses deletion of the records it covers.
How do I ask for access to, correction of or deletion of my personal data?
Email info@tokenos.ai. Under Section 12 of the Privacy Policy, depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, get a portable copy, correct it, ask for deletion, object to or restrict some processing and withdraw consent. TokenOS verifies your identity before responding. Records the law requires TokenOS to keep, such as verification outcomes, screening results, wallet proofs and payout records, cannot be deleted, and TokenOS will tell you which records are kept and why. Requests about verification data can also go to Didit at privacy@didit.me. Residents of Canada can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, residents of the EEA and UK can complain to their supervisory authority, and California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
How does TokenOS protect my data?
Under Section 13 of the Privacy Policy, TokenOS uses encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access with multi-factor authentication for compliance and admin systems, separation between the teams that decide verification outcomes and the teams that send payouts, and keeps identity documents, selfies, document numbers and biometric data out of its databases, logs and support systems. Didit holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. If a breach affects your information, TokenOS will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
How will I know if the Terms or Privacy Policy change?
Under Section 14 of the Privacy Policy, material changes to the Privacy Policy are announced on the Platform or by notice to the contact details on your account. Check tokenos.ai/terms and tokenos.ai/privacy for the current versions, and send questions to info@tokenos.ai.
