About TokenOS

TokenOS (tokenos.ai) is an AI-powered platform for building and launching Web3 projects using natural language prompts. Its main public products are:

• Compute (compute.tokenos.ai): deploy a GPU node on the TokenOS DeAI compute network for a fixed 30-day node term.
• Market (market.tokenos.ai): rent GPU compute by the minute for your own workloads.
• Stake (stake.tokenos.ai): stake $TOS, the TokenOS token on Solana, to participate in protocol fee distributions.

To run models or training jobs, use market.tokenos.ai. To provide compute to the network as a node operator, use compute.tokenos.ai.

Official channels

The official website is tokenos.ai. The only official TokenOS Telegram group is https://t.me/tokenos_ai, the link published on the TokenOS websites. Any other Telegram group, account or direct message claiming to be TokenOS is an impersonator and should be reported in a ticket.

The only official $TOS token mint on Solana is HmjCoarLh5duURfJ333DwfFiPyTCgFT35pRSAoP8pump. Any other token claiming to be $TOS is fake and should be reported in a ticket.

Getting support

Support is handled through tickets. Click Submit a request at support.tokenos.ai and include your public wallet address, the transaction signature if relevant, and screenshots. The support team is available from 8 AM to 8 PM Regina time (CST, UTC-6), seven days a week. Chat messages sent outside those hours are answered when the team is back.

TokenOS support does not give investment, legal or tax advice or price predictions, and does not recommend buying $TOS or any node tier.

Security

TokenOS staff will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, password or identity documents by chat, email, ticket, telephone or Telegram, will never message you first asking you to click a link or connect a wallet, and will never ask you to change your payout wallet. Anyone who does is a scammer. Report it in a ticket.

Terms, privacy and disputes

The Terms of Service are at tokenos.ai/terms and the Privacy Policy is at tokenos.ai/privacy. Under Section 15 of the Terms, Delaware law applies. Before starting a dispute, you first write to info@tokenos.ai and allow 30 days to resolve it. After that, disputes go to binding individual arbitration with a class-action waiver. You can opt out of arbitration by emailing info@tokenos.ai within 30 days of first accepting the Terms.
